A representative for Delova Engineering said delays in completing the parcel map and other paperwork were caused by the client's limited English proficiency and challenges finding a general contractor. The extension will allow the applicant time to complete the title/parcel paperwork and apply for building permits once a contractor is secured.
Staff recommended approval and no members of the public spoke. The board approved the extension by voice vote; conditions of the original approvals remain in force while the applicant completes submittal requirements.
