The Morris Township Board of Adjustment on June 23 memorialized a final major subdivision approval for property at 9 Springbrook Road, granting the application filed by Eslock Acquisitions LLC and carrying forward conditions from the preliminary approval.
Mister Oler presented the memorializing resolution and told the board, “this is a memorializing resolution for the application filed by Eslock Acquisitions LLC to apply to the board for final major subdivision approval for property at 9 Springbrook Road. That final is in full conformance with the preliminary major subdivision approval previously granted by this board.”
Board members asked no substantive questions and the board moved to approve the resolution. Miss Santiago conducted the roll call; votes recorded in favor included Mister Goldberg, Mister Trachtenberg, Mister Benoit, Mister Kramer and Mister Woodford. The resolution was approved as drafted and will be reflected in the official minutes.
The resolution carries forward the conditions from the preliminary approval; no new conditions were stated on the record at the June 23 meeting. The board did not expand or modify the preliminary conditions during the memorialization.
A formal, signed copy of the resolution will be prepared as part of the board’s records.
