Rachel Jackson, a Curtis Avenue resident, told the Midwestern Township Committee on Sept. 4 that she has observed what she believes are illegal boarding-room arrangements, overcrowded street parking and persistent trash in a portion of Curtis Avenue.
The complaint came during the meeting's public-comment period. Jackson told the committee she had a specific address but declined to read it aloud because the meeting was streamed. “I came in today to talk about regulations on multifamily, single room options. ... I just wanna see if there anything that we can do,” she said.
