Board approves $2.35 million change order to add full millwork replacement at Elm Creek Elementary

Staff presented results of millwork studies for Indian Creek and Big Country and recommended extending Elm Creek's contract to include similar full millwork replacement this summer.
A board member asked whether the funds came from bond funds; staff confirmed they would. A motion to approve the change order was moved and seconded; the board approved the motion by voice vote with all members saying “aye.” Staff showed a picture of proposed finishes and described the work as full countertop and classroom millwork replacement.
