The ordinance as read identifies the properties as 186 Jolene Avenue (Block 398, Lot 25) and 181 Jolene Avenue (Block 396, Lot 1) and authorizes conveyance by deed of easement and by bargain and sale deed as required for the NJDOT planned construction.
