District advances solar power agreements; roof-overlay timing could delay projects

Dr. Willett said attorneys are reviewing “the PPAs, the power purchase agreements and MOUs,” and that the projects will be on the town council agenda on Sept. 9. “September 15 is our deadline to submit ... into the supply program,” Dr. Willett said, warning that timing could create “a potential obstacle to hitting that deadline.”
