Members discussed logistics including posting the vacancy on the district website and in the superintendent’s newsletter, sending notices to community groups and setting an internal deadline so the board can appoint before July 21, 2025. The policy committee will handle interview question finalization and the board indicated interviews can be developed in closed session if appropriate.
