Andrea Klein was later nominated and declared elected by acclamation as vice president after accepting the nomination. Beth Rankin was nominated and accepted election as board secretary and was declared elected by acclamation.
The board then called the new board to order for its first official roll call. The swearing-in and officer elections set the leadership team that will preside over the district's organizational year. The meeting proceeded to public comment and routine organizational business.
