The PERS board approved a modification to the joint agreement with the City of Guntown to add five employees to the joint agreement effective Sept. 1, 2025.
Mr. Yarber presented the claims committee recommendation and said the modification was approved by the committee. The board approved the motion by voice vote; the transcript records the effective date as 09/01/2025.
Staff will implement the change and update membership records to reflect the additional employees as of the effective date.
