Subcommittee members were notified that the Capitol curation policy has been circulated for review and staff plan to place the policy before the State Building Commission in July.
Curator David said he had distributed the current Capitol curation policy to subcommittee members after the prior meeting and that “the intent is for that to go before SBC at the July meeting.” He asked members to send comments and said he would coordinate with co-chairs and SBC staff to ensure the policy packet is prepared for the July agenda.
Tanner (staff) offered to re-send the draft policy so it sits at the top of members’ inboxes and the curator asked members to submit final comments promptly so staff can incorporate them before the SBC packet deadline. The subcommittee did not take a formal vote; staff will circulate the draft again and prepare the materials for the SBC agenda packet.
