Suzanne, a master‑plan staff member, said the team intends to replace seven existing bollard covers in front of the Capitol and add six new covers to match places currently protected by jersey barriers. The covers will match the manufacturer and style used elsewhere on the garden level and are intended to be in place before the annual Frontier Days event, Suzanne said.
