County staff report clean audit, office renovations and TIF analysis appropriation

Several county administrative items were presented and approved by the Kosciusko County Commissioners. Marsha requested an additional appropriation from County General to the commissioners’ contractual line item to pay Reedy Financial for assistance with tax increment financing (TIF) analysis for the remainder of the year; commissioners approved the appropriation on a motion by Commissioner Kathy and a second by Commissioner Kim.
