Cumston Subdivision (SS‑26‑25): The plan divides a 0.94‑acre parcel on Mayer Drive in the R‑2 district into two lots of roughly 0.47 acres each; staff noted this is a resubdivision of previously consolidated parcels and recommended approval.
All three motions passed unanimously after planning commission review and staff signoffs; council did not add conditions beyond standard technical‑plan requirements.
