Mark McCutcheon, founder of the West Haven Foundation, said the ticketed evening event is the organization’s main fundraiser and that this is the 15th year for daytime Porch Fest and the fifth year for the ticketed evening format. Board members confirmed this evening event is restricted to Magley Green and noted staff recommended approval after review.
The board voted unanimously to approve the permit; Alderman Barnhill, Alderman Caesar and the chair recorded yes votes. No additional conditions were stated on the record.
