Beer board approves Battle of the Bourbons beer permit for Harlinsdale Farm event

City staff told the board the application and inspections are complete and recommended approval. Kelly Baker, managing agent for Friends of Franklin Parks, said the group will sell beer at the Tractor Supply Arena during the event.
Board members raised no objections and moved to approve. The vote was recorded as yes from Alderman Barnhill, Alderman Caesar and the chair.
The permit allows on-site beer sales during the event hours. Staff did not add conditions beyond standard inspections and the board did not request additional restrictions during the public discussion.
