FRANKLIN, Tenn. — The City of Franklin Beer Board on June 10 approved four beer permits for businesses in Franklin, including one permit conditioned on receipt of a certificate of occupancy.
Staff recommended approval for Little Hats Cool Springs LLC d/b/a Little Hats Italian Market at 980 Meridian Boulevard; Andrew Hurst Dodd, the managing agent, told the board, “We're just looking to sell some beer in our bar. We have a small indoor outdoor bar. We have patio that's properly deviated, and we have a in a program for training ... to make sure that we're doing it safe and properly.” The board approved the application by roll call (Alderman Barnhill: yes; Alderman Caesar: yes; Chair: yes).
