The request covers a 5.66-acre parcel south of Second Street near Fifth Street and would rezone the property to Industrial General to allow a roughly 20,000-square-foot building and associated parking as part of the company's expansion. "The proposal would include a 20,000 square foot building in order to expand their facility," said Chris Norlock, development services urban planner II, during the commission presentation.
