Council members asked about shared‑use contracts for adjacent properties; Logan and staff described a shared‑use agreement form that was refined with the town clerk’s office and integrated into Waste Connections’ billing system for enrolled households.
The ordinance formalizes rates and fees that staff said were already being implemented administratively; the council approved the ordinance to add the fee language to the town code.
