The Glencoe Preservation Commission on Aug. 5 recommended that the village board consider adding 222 Maple Hill Road to the certified landmark list, village staff reported Aug. 20. Commissioners reviewed the property’s eligibility, took public input during a hearing and will forward their recommendation to the village board for future consideration.
At the same meeting the commission evaluated a demolition permit application for 379 Jefferson Avenue and determined no further action was warranted, staff said.
