The board moved to approve the treasurer’s report and to fund the invoice; the motion was seconded and carried with recorded yes votes from all present members.
Staff noted that the invoice had not been included in the packet sent to the board and that a copy was provided at the meeting so the payment could be processed. The board approved processing the payment and asked staff to improve packet distribution to ensure bills are included with meeting materials going forward.
