Tava project: windows mostly installed, roof delay from weather; contractor still targeting spring completion

The presenter told the board that windows were about 90% installed, base plumbing was in place, the grease trap was installed, fire sprinklers were roughly 70% complete and storm sewers were finished.
Board members asked whether the March–April completion window remained realistic; the presenter said the schedule still targets March–April, though final completion remains subject to weather and supply availability.
