Robert Robertson, Consultant, N2 Learning, presented the review during the committee's meeting and said he conducted document reviews, attended design and owner‑architect‑contractor (OAC) meetings, and interviewed staff across planning and construction, maintenance, finance and instructional departments. "I have found the individuals in that department to be professional, highly skilled, competent," Robertson said.
