Kosciusko County commissioners approved three memoranda of understanding presented by the health department: two with the YMCA and one with LiveWell.

The health department representative, Bob, asked the board to approve the agreements. He said the YMCA MOUs are for $12,005 and $11,085 and the LiveWell MOU is for $15,000. He told the board the agreements had passed through the commissioners’ process and were legally ready for approval.

A commissioner said the YMCA agreements would provide services in three small communities and called the clubhouse project “a positive” for the county. A commissioner moved to approve all three MOUs and another commissioner seconded. The board approved the motion by voice vote.
