Kirk Laday introduced a personnel report that contained items labeled 1.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0, and 5. A board member moved to approve the personnel matters; another member seconded. Roll-call votes recorded Mr. Martin, Ms. Martinez, Ms. Murphy, Mr. Arecchio and Ms. Yanos as voting aye, and the motion passed.

The board did not discuss individual personnel details in open session during this item; the motion covered the matters as presented in the report.
