Staff said a resident (Rachel) will split four parcels so two home sites are created; one lot will remain in the owner’s possession and the other will be sold to a family member. The fee for that administrative split was confirmed as $500 on staff paperwork. Another petition involved Joyce Dre, who is keeping about 8 acres with existing homes and buildings while selling off remaining acreage; staff recommended rezoning the retained part from ag/forest to ag‑residential so minimum parcel size matched use. A separate lot in Westford Township was postponed because the applicant did not submit complete information. The committee also corrected zoning for a town forest parcel to match its existing use and approved a two‑lot split for Mr. Baumkamp, creating Lot 1 at roughly 7.5 acres and Lot 2 at about 6.3 acres; staff said the map shows a small, pre‑existing R‑2 square that did not align with current parcel lines, which the cleanup remedies.

Each item was presented by staff with reference to accompanying surveys and the committee asked routine clarifying questions before calling for motions. Motions to approve were made and seconded, and each passed on voice votes; when forms displayed an automated $500 fee field incorrectly, staff said they will correct the autofill to the correct $1,250 or $1,250 charge where applicable and ensure paperwork matches the approved fee schedule.

The committee noted these cases are largely administrative “clean up” items to ensure zoning designations match parcel splits and intended future home sites. One Westford Township item will return next month after the applicant provides full materials.
