The Richland County Board of Supervisors voted on Aug. 12 to authorize the Aging and Disability Resource Center to apply for and accept a 2026 Section 5310 operating grant in the amount of $33,580.83. The resolution (25-16) requires a minimum 50% county match, which can be cash or in-kind funding. Supervisor Glassbrenner moved the resolution; Supervisor Manning seconded it and the board approved the measure by voice vote.
