Delafield Plan Commission items approved: stormwater agreement, lot combination and industrial addition

The Delafield Common Council on May 19 voted to approve three Plan Commission items: a stormwater maintenance agreement for the Munger Holdings property (doing business as Lake Country Bubbles/Foam Farm), a certified survey map to combine two lots owned by Terry and Kathleen Morgan, and a site-plan and appearance approval with conditions for an approximately 10,000-square-foot addition at a business in the Cushing Park Business Center occupied by CarTech.

Alderman Grimmer presented the Plan Commission’s report and moved approval of each item. The council approved the stormwater maintenance agreement (DELC0803-999) describing owner maintenance obligations and annual inspections. The Morgan lot combination (DELC0797057 and DELC0797063) was approved; the change resolves zoning nonconformity and will reduce duplicate fire-fee charges by combining the accessory-structure lot with the primary-residence lot. The site-plan approval (DELC0794023) permits an additional 10,000 square feet of warehouse storage at the Cushing Park location; staff noted no change in operations or employees and that Plan Commission recommended the packet’s four conditions be applied.

Each motion was seconded and passed by voice vote; Plan Commission had previously reviewed these items and forwarded them to the council with unanimous recommendations. Applicants named in the record include Cameron McFarland (MSI General) for the stormwater agreement and Ben Freeman (Impact General) for the site-plan addition.
