Applicant John Kaeser presented a slightly revised landscape and site plan showing additional playground equipment and a reduction of some existing landscape material to accommodate two extra tables on the east side of the site. Amy Barrows, city planner, said the change was minor and within the scope of the previously approved exterior improvements; the landscaping plan submitted with the revised design will be implemented as shown.
The commission motioned to approve the change pursuant to the city planner's specifications and the motion passed by voice vote.
