Council then ratified the appointment of Sheila (Clerk of Council) as the council—s designee to fulfill the open-records training requirement; roll-call votes recorded unanimous votes in favor of the motion to ratify.
No formal disciplinary or enforcement actions were taken; staff said the city would continue to coordinate completion and recordkeeping for training certificates.
