Kuzrina Williams, doing business as Kuzar Home and Apparel LLC (also referenced in the agenda as Kozari Home and April LLC), appeared Aug. 19 before the City of Stonecrest Planning and Zoning Department to request a Type 1 special administrative permit for an online clothing and home essentials business at 3863 Pin Oak Street.
Williams told staff the operation will be e-commerce and will include drop-shipping: "It's gonna be strictly online. So whenever I get orders, I'll be shipping out. It's gonna be ecommerce. It's also gonna be, drop shipping as well," she said. She stated there will be no customer contact at the residence.
Planning staff asked her to confirm she would comply with the City of Stonecrest supplemental regulations for Type 1 home occupations under city ordinance chapter 27, section 4.2.31; she agreed. Staff told Williams she will "receive a decision letter from planning and zoning within 24 to 48 hours." The property is shown in the file with a future land-use designation of suburban neighborhood and underlying zoning of RSM (residential mix). No formal vote or public opposition was recorded in the hearing record.
The transcript shows minor inconsistencies in how the business name and the agenda listing were read; the applicant’s spoken identification at the podium was used for attribution.
