Commissioners concluded the dollar figure was unnecessary and might create confusion; they directed staff to delete the whereas clause referencing $3,900 and approved the contract subject to legal'approved technical edits. Staff said the overall contract maximum is approximately $30,000, with $26,100 covering flat monthly charges and the remainder available for additional approved work under the agreement.
