One resolution (25-73) was excluded from the motion and will return for later action.
Total allocation and process
Staff said the total allocated for physical improvements, including a later item not in the packet, is $517,232.95 and that the 65% set-aside for physical improvements in the CDBG budget drives this selection. Projects were recommended following the citizen advisory commission application process and will require grant agreements and documentation for HUD reporting.
Ending: Commissioners voted unanimously to approve resolutions 25-69 through 25-79 (except the held item) and asked staff to return with contract documents for execution and for the omitted item to be scheduled later.
