Rybick said the program serves roughly 125 students and that weekly themes and newsletter updates are used to share student work and photos with families. She noted the program typically fills quickly; board members and parents in the meeting praised the camp and shared positive personal experiences. Board members verbally thanked the camp staff and noted the program's popularity, saying sessions have sold out in under ten minutes in recent years. No board action was required; the presentation was informational.
