The draft presented to the board in 2022 reflected an increase in the reinspection fee from $40 to $50, but the codified fee erroneously listed the revised fee as $4. Kathy Selman said the first reinspection is not charged, and the second reinspection incurs a fee; the current ordinance corrects the typographical error to state the reinspection fee is $50. No board action was recorded during the agenda meeting; the corrected ordinance was included in the board packet for Sept. 2.
