The easement would permit a 15‑foot extension of electrical service from the Airport Road frontage to the shelter building. The board moved to authorize execution of the easement in a form acceptable to the county attorney; the motion passed with an aye vote from all members.
Staff said the expedited connection would help the shelter open on its intended timeline and that the agreement includes a map showing the route of the service extension.
