Petitioner withdraws two Shiloh Crossing zoning petitions; board acknowledges withdrawal

A few days before the meeting the petitioner requested withdrawal of the special exception as well to allow additional revision of the site plan; staff said the petitioner expects to refile in a couple of months.
No public comment was offered on the item and staff asked the board only to acknowledge the withdrawals; the board did so. Staff did not report any formal action beyond acknowledgment and no hearings or votes occurred on project merits at this meeting.
