At the Sept. 3 Management Services Committee meeting, members approved the monthly claims and set the next committee meeting for Oct. 6.

A board member moved to approve the claims; the roll call recorded affirmative votes from Falcon, Crow, Bard, Schwartz, Greenet and Perkinson. The motion carried.

The committee also noted surplus furniture in a break room and discussed options to hold or sell items; staff said they will review value and disposal options and bring photos or pricing information forward if selling is feasible.
