Neenah council approves drive‑through coffee at 828 Fox Point Plaza

Neenah’s Common Council on Aug. 20 approved Special Use Permit 02/2025 to allow a drive‑through coffee business at 828 Fox Point Plaza, voting 9‑0 on a motion from Alderman Steiner that was seconded by Alderman Palno.

The approval follows a plan commission recommendation and is conditioned on the items listed in the city’s special‑use approval letter. The council opened the public hearing on the request and received no public comment before closing the hearing and moving to the plan commission report.
