Milton staff previews 2025 Capital Improvement Element annual update ahead of required public hearing

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs requires municipalities that charge impact fees to file the annual update and to hold one public hearing before transmission to the agency.
The annual update compiles impact-fee eligible projects from the CIE adopted last year and the community work program that lists five-year implementation steps, cost estimates and funding sources beyond impact fees. Jangam said…
