Land-planning items approved on the consent agenda consisted of four minor plat actions: - 735 Champions Close, Lot 4 (Champions Overlook Subdivision), a 1.12-acre minor plat revision to reconfigure a rear parcel boundary to remove an encroachment. - 1030 Homestead Bridal, Lot 3 (Homestead Subdivision), a 5.02-acre minor plat revision to reconfigure a rear parcel boundary to remove an encroachment. - Hopewell Road parcels (Land Lots 909, 964 and 965), a minor plat to combine four parcels totaling 39.088 acres into one legal lot of record. - 14770 and 14780 East Bluff Road (North Valley Subdivision), a minor plat revision to adjust adjoining property lines, decreasing Lot 15 to 4.79 acres and increasing Lot 16 to 4.04 acres (total 8.83 acres).
