Gunbarrel City Council on July 22 approved a replat application to combine Lots 58–62 (owned by Jennifer M. Sandlin) and Lots 63–67 (owned by Brandon and Jacqueline Grayson) in the Siesta Shores subdivision into two lots to be known as Lot 58R and Lot 63R.
City Planner Brittany Anderson presented the replat timeline and said staff complied with required notices: a public hearing notice, 200-foot mailings to 39 property owners, and publication in the newspaper. Anderson said staff received no responses to the mailed notices. The planner reported the replat meets R-5 district dimensional standards (minimum lot area 4,500 sq ft, minimum width 45 ft, minimum depth 90 ft, front setback 25 ft, side setbacks 5 ft, rear setback 10 ft).
A council motion to approve the replat passed unanimously (Burns — yes; Evan — yes; Person — yes; Edward — yes). No members of the public spoke at the hearing.
