Board proposes retiring a set of legacy policies including naming rights and advertising rules

Why it matters: retiring these older policies would consolidate and update rules under the new policy drafts reviewed earlier in the meeting (commercial partnerships, home education, disciplinary and safety policies). The board has not adopted the retirements; the presentation was part of the policy review prior to the upcoming voting meeting.
