Staff noted the fire department raised fire‑suppression tank location and accessibility concerns during review; those issues were worked out and the fire department’s comments resolved. Staff reported no outstanding code enforcement complaints since 2020 and recommended administrative processing for minor site changes going forward. The board heard the informational presentation and had no substantive objections.
Next steps: staff will present a Board of Adjustment item on Aug. 25 that includes the five‑year findings and the revised site plan; staff will ask the BOA to endorse administrative review for minor future site plan changes (while major changes would continue to come before the BOA).
