CCAC reports roofing, dugout and indoor-soccer gains; rentals rising

The CCAC is planning floor maintenance (a donated floor scrubber) and repainting to refresh the indoor building.
Why it matters: improvements to CCAC facilities and rising program participation can increase event capacity and justify grant investments; the CCAC noted some capital projects were funded with prior grants and that the commission's timely reimbursement process supports contractor payments.
CCAC staff requested coordination with the CVB and county staff on routine reports and reimbursement timing so grant submissions and financial reports align with commission requirements. The commission and CCAC staff agreed to consult on report formats to avoid duplication.
