The board voted to find the owner of 7500 Westlake Drive (case 25-0013) in violation of section 10-91(a) for installing a fence without a town permit and ordered compliance by March 26, 2025; a daily fine of up to $50 may be imposed and a fine-assessment hearing is scheduled for March 26 if needed. Code enforcement officer Eric Richwagon testified that a building permit application and an engineer’s letter were in process; the board approved the order after hearing from the property owner, James Phillips.
The board received a status report for case 24-0345 and directed staff to return with an update at the March 26 meeting; that matter remains open pending an engineer’s letter.
