The board specifically identified one tree overhanging the parking area as a higher-priority safety concern.
The motion directed compliance by April 23 and authorized a fine of $50 per day for failure to comply. Staff noted the property is commercial and that the owner had previously engaged contractors to address the issue; the board asked staff to confirm local contractor options and follow up.
