On the Amfield property, Padova told council the CIC “followed by a unanimous vote to demolish the property pending bank approval.”
The CIC entered executive session during that meeting and adjourned at 9:30 a.m.; the next CIC board meeting is scheduled for Sept. 16 at 8 a.m., Padova said. The council did not take further action on the demolition at its Sept. 2 meeting; the CIC decision and any demolition timeline are contingent on bank approval and any required permits.
