Board renews consulting agreement with Schatz & Associates to support superintendent development

The Williston Public School District 7 Board approved a consulting agreement with Schatz & Associates LLC to continue support services for superintendent development and district governance work.

Board members described Dr. Schatz as a valued advisor. "I think that this is an extremely valuable agreement that we have. Doctor Schatz is a very, very talented individual in this field," one board member said. The motion to approve the consulting agreement passed on a roll-call vote.

Board discussion included a suggestion to evaluate the consulting relationship next year to determine whether the district continues the same consultant or seeks additional perspectives.
