The Kilgore ISD Board of Trustees approved routine financial and consent items, and extended the district’s depository contract with Origin Bank for forthcoming fiscal periods.

During the consent portion of the meeting, trustees voted to accept the consent agenda, which included meeting minutes for May 19 and June 16 and financial reports. Mister Snead moved to accept the consent agenda; mister Clark seconded. The motion passed, 7‑0.

Later in the meeting, Miss Tripp moved to approve the district’s recommendation to extend the contract with Origin Bank as the district’s depository for the 2025–26 school year and the 2026–27 fiscal year “as presented and discussed.” Miss Harrington seconded the motion. The motion carried, 7‑0.

Trustees did not return to closed session and had no action out of closed session.
