District staff told trustees the small parcel will allow the district to construct a queuing lane across the front of Vidar Middle School and tie into the driveway; staff clarified the correct acreage after an earlier decimal placement error in the paperwork. Trustee Harrington moved to approve the purchase; Trustee McPaine seconded. The motion passed 5‑0 with two trustees absent.
